This museum of the Nobel brothers is located in a historic building built in the 19th century by the Swedish oil owners who worked for many years in Azerbaijan. The first borehole in Baku was laid by Robert Emmanuilovich Nobel in April 1876 at plot number 52 of the Sabunchu dacha
